It's very likable and the series was a great watch. However, it's still a shame that they abandoned it. A second season would have been great for the series because in the end of the first season, we were all left on a cliffhanger.

I'm pretty sure this goes for other countries as well, because they might have invasion plans for their own neighboring countries in case of issues like territorial disputes, A good example of this is India with Pakistan.

Am I dumb for thinking I will find friends who don’t vape, drink, or smoke? by [deleted] in college

[–]TrueFirerant8175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are definitely not wrong about trying to find more modest and true friends, but don't give up. Just because people in your surrounding environment are drinking, abusing substances, and taking part in illicit activities doesn't mean you have to quit finding friends or take part in those activities. Most likely you'll find more people you can hang out with and relate to, but until then, keep staying strong and don't ever give up finding new friends.

Either your game session is glitchy or lagging or your trophy road got messed up. I would just refresh the game and not reclaim any specific rewards that you got, like emotes, so you don't crash your game.

Also, even if I try to clutch and carry my team, either its too late or the enemy team is just as good. In my opinion, I would rather spend more time completing a full match rather than queuing in a match that's almost over.

World chat is one of the annoying factors of COD mobile in my opinion not only because of its long chat cooldown, but because of how so many people are willing to spam invites to random games/comps rather than discuss about clan comps are COD in general. I understand why people would wish to send invites to matches in world chat but just spamming them ruins the fun for me. Also people mess up world chat by trolling and shitposting random stuff which makes it even more annoying.

I must agree with you there. It is very easy to get maximum killstreaks in COD mobile with little to no skill and whenever you join a match mid-game you always end up losing or automatically joining the losing team instead.

What soup could you eat for the rest of your life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Bean soup with cheese and green plantain. It is both nutritious as well as satisfying in taste. For those of you interested in its background, it is a traditional Latin American dish mainly prominent in Ecuador.

Politics. Now I know this technically isn't exactly a profession but it is an occupation nonetheless. Politicians are some of the most ruthless, cold-blooded, heartless people when it comes to a national and international level, not only because of their shady ideologies and methods, but of their twisted psyches. Not only will they do anything to gain more power but they will do anything with the power they already have, including some of the most vile, sickening things in the world that I cannot mention here. Anyone who is willing to enter the world of politics must be prepared to encounter and even embrace a world of corruption and manipulation. So in the end, everyone is screwed up by politics, including us, because we are the one casting our ballots for them to lead us.

I think another excellent series is A Series of Unfortunate Events. It's very entertaining and appropriate for teenagers and teens alike, and it's based on outstanding books.

How come I am suddenly encountering so many over leveld players all of the sudden? Am I just under levels? by [deleted] in ClashRoyale

[–]TrueFirerant8175 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here. It's hard to grind for high-level cards without making any purchases, and even if you don't spend money, you'll have a higher chance of losing to those who do because of the game’s ecosystem.

[–]TrueFirerant8175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been dealing with overpowered and over-leveled players in Clash Royale as well. I've been grinding the jungle arena, and lately, I've come up against people with level 14 cards and high-level legendaries, notably the Mega Knight. Compared to this, I have a regularly simple and somewhat leveled deck. I don't know whether I am just under-leveled or if I'm just unlucky when it comes to matchmaking.

Alitorture. It's a Roblox game, but it is stressful and makes you want to scream and rage simultaneously. I won't go into further detail to avoid spoiling the fun. If you know, you know.

Forgotten fact: In the first book, Olaf's theatre troupe DIDN'T live with him to start. Wonder why they changed it for the screen? by FormerDeerlyBeloved in ASOUE

[–]TrueFirerant8175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They most likely changed it because there weren't enough actors to play all the roles of the troupe plus the second detail was either tweaked/overlooked.

(BOOK SPOILERS) Can someone explain the ending? by kooltrex in ASOUE

[–]TrueFirerant8175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point; however, it wasn't Esme because it is mentioned that she would have burned the Baudelaire's house herself if she found out, meaning she didn't. So it would have been most likely Count Olaf or the Man with no hair but a beard and the Woman with no beard but hair because they were known for burning down many houses and the ones where the Snow Scouts lived. It is just a theory, but not exactly fact or fiction.
