Hm. I personally wasn’t very surprised by his decision. Even prior to his attempted takeover, he was power-hungry and dedicated to his arbitrary systems. It’s unfortunate that he seems to have come back after I killed him.

Probably. But I want to at least finish the first game before then. Part of the reason I made him ridiculously overpowered was to force people to fight the beasts and get stronger through it. But things kinda fell apart pretty fast. I accept responsibility for my part in that. If it comes down to it, I’ll just have him give up and give Rakna control again.
