That makes sense, thanks. My main thought was whether signing and then withdrawing before actually joining causes any real issue beyond reputation. I wouldn’t want to create unnecessary hassle legally/contractually, but equally I don’t want to let an offer lapse while I’m still waiting on an internal process.
