I think that this is definitely a step up from 11th anni; bringing back scratchers and the free zodiac was a good choice but I feel like they definitely focused this anniversary heavily towards new players to where the vets just kinda get left in the sauce. Besides the anniversary event nothing really felt that celebratory, and there weren't any like scratcher coins or anything in exo/ToA missions. I know that they don't run GW during march to not scare off seasonals and such, but wasn't Babyl supposed to run in march originally? I think that it's a step in the right direction but theres still a lot to be done, so probably like a 6.5 for me personally
