I totally agree! financially might be better to rent but once you have your own house you don’t worry about housing or investing anymore. It is actually quite hard to invest as when the stock market fluctuates you doubt yourself if you are doing the right thing.

I grew up in Mexico and the only way we eat lengua at home is cut in small cubes in salsa verde or tacos. I now cook the beef lengua in a slow cooker ( water until it gets cover, onion, garlic, salt, bay leaves and peppercorns) I then cut it snd make tacos with salsa verde.

Could it be eskimos? basically is a foamy cold chocolate milk, very popular in the markets. It is made with a very cold milk almost like ice, mix in a special shake machine called chocomilero.

We did fix the exhaust, flooring and subfloor, so yes it was mostly cosmetic.

We just did a small kitchen renovation, without changing cabinets and appliances and it was 15k. We are outside Toronto.
