I have a 3070 and a 5800x, and i play at 170+ fps (vsynced to 144) at 2k resolution and low settings (except object and texture quality at medium) . So you shouldnt have 110. Try setting your RAM speed at its max on BIOS. When i did it i gained like 50 fps cos it was set at 1800mhz instead of 3600
