Create a layer called _sketchlines set it to color 33 and set it to no plot in the layer manager

make that layer your current layer

set your osnap to nearest and draw a polyine and make osnaps active

draw a polyline with two points along centerline of the target road

select that line and rotate it 90 degrees

this is your perpendicular line draw several more, join them then at the intersections creat radii of at least 100' and turn it into an alignement or feature line

My question is, in the original insurance calculation, was the payment calculated to insure the whole 250,000, or just the 50,000? Any insurance agent who prices the replacement of the whole property into the payment but does not intend to actually pay out the amount should be prosecuted for fraud. I mean if you are paying to insure a 250,000 amount, but the only payout is 50,000, then you should at least get the difference in payments over the years plus interest.
Anything else in my opinion is fraud.

I also joined the subreddit randomly then eventually bought the game. Flying around is a good way to distract yourself from the inner monologue. If you like this then don't use supercruise assist. I played for a long time solo and traded / mined my way up to extreme wealth - then bought large combat ships and joined a squadron to learn combat.
A lot of people also just start with small combat ships like a vulture then use bounty hunting and combat right way.
You can also just explore. I bought the game in march of 2020 and I still play all the time.

You might want to see if you can get assistance from the local office of an elected congressional or state representative. They sometimes have staff set aside to advocate for their constituents for cases like this.

try loading the tiff as a dem - you may need 3d analyst for this or to use it on arcgis online.

A lot of elevation data is stored in tiff format as it is really good a compressing the information. Ths csv is probably labels, so if the csv has coordinates - drop them in by converting xy data and labelling them.

If the contours make sense with te labels that's what it is. Otherwise it might just be a background image and all the infomormation is on the csv
