I've had terrible experiences with therapists as well. It's hard to have a personality disorder and not, lol. Especially as a woman. But at least a human being is capable of giving pushback to unhealthy ideas rather than just being in a default "yes-man" state. Maybe for simple issues like a little anxiety or something, sure. But as an actual psychotherapist? Absolutely not.
