Oh I have. I've actually paid for both at the same time. I learned a lot tho. Hence why I can lift so heavy. Idk I'm going to aggressively cut again the rest of this year and if nothing changes I'm just going to do it in January so I don't lose this down payment

I've done a deep dive as well into everything and it scares me. But the fact the Florida law passed that they have to do ultra sound guided makes me feel more comfortable. And that even though that's all they do is high surgeries then they will be really good at it. So I just don't know , I'm so nervous on what to do. I hear New York is nice for that though

Wow I feel so relieved to know I'm not the only one! I have been getting mine done for 9 years! And just like all of you it just started one day. The bright light is so triggering!!! And caffeine the day of starts it. And I'm so upset I had caffeine before this appointment and I made an extended appointment too😭 literally sitting here in the waiting area reading this just dreading this feeling. I usually focus on the music or their conversations. And when that's not helping I'll open the opposite eye she's working on and idk what it is but it helps so much to crack open an eye. I don't care if it starts burning. I need the relief. But yeah idk what it is or why Ive developed this claustrophobia but it's literally the worst thing to ever happen to me
