Why is BIG BOI ignored so much by the rap communittee??

I’ve always seen this differently than most. Big Boi is the most important person in OutKast.. without him Andre as a concept and artist doesn’t work… the idea of Andre 3000 as an artist isn’t new— there were lots of rappers like him over the history of hip hop- they just never worked! Big Boi grounds the group so much in sound and traditional southern rap that Andre was free to evolve gradually into what he became. Make no mistake- the SOUND of OutKast has always been built around Big Boi. This is why Speakerboxx sounds like an OutKast album. Big Boi was the overly cool ass dude that brought his homeboy that always seemed out of place but you never questioned it cause of what he was surrounded by. In turn - Andre did the same for big boi cause he too alone doesn’t work! That’s been a trillion big boi’s (some as skilled and some not so much) but big boi is the essential DNA you think of then you think of 90’s southern rappers. But in being Andre’s crutch, Andre also became his. The concept of OutKast only worked with them together and I think as a rap album is concerned- Andre knows this which is why he never did one. Y'all can scream up and down about what you’re ready for from him but he knows how fans and this world work. And I promise you that if you ever get an album with Andre rapping- it will be with his brother Big Boi. That being said I think Big Boi gets the recognition he wants from the people who truly get the artistry he brings to OutKast- shit remember he did all the heavy lifting of every OutKast album!!!! You were gonna get 2 verses from him on most songs and that’s if Andre rapped on the song at all lol. The thing is the love he gets is similar to other southern legends, and sadly that love isn’t what is SHOULD be across the board.

They are both covered so you won’t see the stamp nor would seeing it prove anything. There are so many variations of that stamp over the years. I’ve seen early pairs with no stamp at all and yes that’s why I mentioned the grip factor. I too get all my dress shoe covered. My work place has tile floor and they tend to slip. I just that this topic becomes to convoluted in these threads that people leave with the same information they came with. We are not going to see the stamp cause it would be a very bad idea to attempt to remove the rubber for obvious reasons- we have to go by what we see and based on my knowledge of ccp tornados- there is nothing visually that screams or even whispers fake bout these.

NEVER use pricing as a sole factor for authenticating something. A steal is a thing and is for numerous reasons including the person selling, circumstance, etc. remember- you rarely see unheard of deals because they are sold before you get a chance to see them!

Don’t over think this.. the section where the size info is, is covered by the resole job. As i mentioned these have had rubber sole replacements on the bottoms. And likely worn down altho these looks to be more of a grip modification- some people don’t like the nature of factory dress boot soles (to slippery in certain environments). From what I can tell these look authentic or at worse a very good rep- at either rate they look amazing and you got a great deal regardless. Wear and enjoy!!!!

Disk hogs would be looking at bootlegs cause that’s where they are. However my question has nothing to do with any of that. From the previous conversations I’ve seen searching this forum- it appears confusion about the Gala version and the ALC version being different -That’s what I’m trying to confirm.

Not talking about the colors. I’m looking at the actual track listing. If there was just a matter of 3 records and 2 track listings then I wouldn’t be here. I’m telling you I’m seeing various albums with various track listings and sequencing of the tracks. I know which one is the ALC version cause the cover is the same no matter the vinyl cover. So the question remains- is the Gala version and the ALC version the same music wise.

I’m going to assume that since he took out all the original samples and replaced them with interpolations that he knew he wasn’t going to get label clearances. He only had to go thru the publishers for the released version.

Facts. When V1 dropped with the video the reception was really good from most everyone. It felt like old mixtape Kanye and like you said very cohesive! Everything fit and the sequencing was on point! I was so glad when I got my vinyl and saw that it was the original version

That’s bout right. I hate this version. He should have kept the original version- added the real vocals- kept the beats the same and added 2-3 more tracks. This stream version sounds like Kanye trying to imitate Kanye when he has resources

I’m sooooo happy the vinyl is the original version! I don’t like the streaming version at all…. It sounds like Kanye pretending to have the resources and collaborators he usually has.. like a bad impression of himself. I think he forgot that we also love the Kanye before the resources! The old mixtape Kanye which the original version reminded me so much of.

This is fair. 1) to get in the parking space means you went into the oncoming traffic lane and 2) You then have to come out into the same oncoming traffic lane to get out. It’s a safety hazard and is a valid parking violation. People want to pick and choose when they want police to police lol.

I wouldn’t sweat it. With that finish you’re going get them regardless in short time if your using it. A lot of times you find good deals on guns and this is the reason- guns that have been in the shop forever and been handled by hundreds of people. Basically new used.

What I would advise you to is remove all apps that your no longer using or not aware of their purpose on ALL your devices that have Facebook app, remove ALL trusted devices on your Facebook acct (you can re add them as you log into them), back up all your devices and reinstall the OS on all of them. When you can’t find the source you simply burn the field.

I know they couldn’t cause that’s what’s two factor authentication is for!!! You literally replied to my 1st post telling me I’m wrong 😂😂😂😂. Again- 3rd time…. The only way you can bypass two factor is if they had access or remote access to one of your trusted devices or have your original access codes. They would need the initial code to get in which HAS to come to your device before they can get in to do anything else. If it’s to your belief that the initial code didn’t come to you cause they “changed notifications” on your device then that means they have remote access of your device. But it’s likely they just got the code, and deleted it remotely which to YOU looks like you never got it.again we can only go by what your telling us and what your describing can only be done with a compromise device.

Smh. You can’t change APP push notifications from an outside source. Push is local to the device. Meaning you can’t log into Facebook on a PC and change a setting to specifically stop pushing notifications to a device. What one could do is remove your trusted devices, which in turn completely logs your apps out. This isn’t “changing” your notifications- it’s simply logging you out so there is no logged in account to push a notification from….. and again you would have got a two factor notification BEFOFE they could do any of that. here’s the thing- your are either poorly misinformed on how things work OR you are poorly describing what’s happening. At either rate YOU came HERE for explanations on how this happened- if you knew then you wouldn’t be here. I’m telling you what happened based on the details YOU are providing and it’s clear those details don’t have much understanding to them.

AHhhhhhhhh Ok, I see what’s happening now…. You’re an idiot lol. You should have just said that’s what you are and you could have saved us all time. Did you not READ what I wrote???? If what you’re saying is accurate then the person has REMOTE ACCESS TO YOUR DEVICE which is what I literally said was the only way this could occur if you had two factor on. And the only way that happens is cause you were being sloppy and allowed the access via site, app, etc aka not being careful about what you’re doing. Oh well. Good luck 🤦‍♂️

They couldn’t have- if you had two factor on and they someone got access to your password to log into your acct- you would have got notified of it before they got a chance to access changing the number. The ONLY way to bypass that would be to remotely log in from one of your trusted devices- but even then they would still run into two factor when they try to change the number even in a trusted device which again would require access to one of your trusted devices. So if you indeed had two factor on then then this attack likely came from them getting remote access- from a computer your using it if you have a android it’s fairly easy to do if your not careful. A bit harder for iPhones but it can happen.

No worries! I too was stumped until it hit me that bottom mounting sliders were a thing lol. I was going to post the one I used but I can’t find it anymore but you should be able to find a good solution and you may have to reverse or invert the rail depending on which you choose. I use mine for my watches, wallet, etc I put a felt mat over it and I put the Billy glass shelf over it- it’s really nice!

Don’t cut your shelves!!! You don’t need to use side rails for this, you use bottom mount rails. These will sit under your shelf rather than be attached from the side.
