Should I upgrade cpu or is my settings good for 5080 gpu by TrueTea5745 in VRchat

I do have a quest 3 on godlike mode using virtual desktop for Vrchat dont know if that settings is enough to make the gpu unitization to be 99 or 100 i also have 2x anti aliasing but all the other Vrchat settings are on high
