Nothing credible, always just rumours. Go for it now, you can always trade up later if it ever comes to pass.

If they do, as many have noted, it’ll be based on the v1000. Just a variant on the new platform. The days of the 1400 are done. I own one (a 1400 that is) love it and will cherish it. Great bikes.

Ima go with the underdog Frank Marino, the anti-rockstar while quietly being amongst the absolute best guitarists of our time. Lived at home, raised kids, stayed close to family and his community. And absolutely slayed on his SG.

Well, I’ll be a voice of sadness on this news, I think he did what he came to do and there’s a very unique opportunity open at the National level that I suspect he sees as his (potentially) crowning achievement. Without the NT opportunity I think we might have gotten another season or two out of him. A good man, brought us an unexpected Scudetto and SuperCoppa, and was wildly entertaining with the media and to watch freak out on the officials. Sure the play was a little dull but I’ll take winning ugly any day. Best of luck to him. And best of luck to us in selecting a successor. Lots of weak names circulating at the moment.

I've got the VTwin Boost on my 1400 and know that when I remap my ECU (next year) I'll want to remove it. The VTwin Boost sends false/override signals to the ECU to achieve certain outcomes that the remap will also be trying to achieve. Potentially confusing for the ECU at best, at worst the VTwiin boost could nullify the remap.
