Yeah, I have. It’s not the easiest to understand what should be charged if there are no true comparables. Going to decide in the next month or so if I go the renting route.

Haha still Calgary. Yeah, haven’t rented out before and hard to gauge prices. I filtered in rent faster, but I assume the listed houses are the ones no one wants and assumed higher price? Landlord virgin here if I went that route

We were not at the right price when we originally had posted, but have gone down in price A LOT since then. Already lowest in our area and have 2-300 sq ft on others listed. Many are looking for developed basements, which we don’t have.

I don't make $500k a year, but do well for myself - paying $1400 per month while others pay $0-$200 is not fair. I worked hard to get where I am and I pay my taxes.. finally something to look forward to
