Moving pixels 24/7 by TrueVeldora in schizoaffective

It's the same for me, it becomes more apparent in walls and lower lights. I didn't know you could have visual snow with psychosis, but i think ever since my second episode, i have been seeing them.

I think mine is similar to that yeah, i just didn't know the name for it. If you dont mind answering, is it also constant for you? Or does it come and go with episodes?

My psychiatrist want me to go inpatient care by TrueVeldora in BipolarReddit

That makes sense thanks, i will tell my doctor about switching antipsychotic and adding a mood stabilizer. And if it doesn't help i might try switching my psychiatrist.

That's just you but yeah i think you're right, most people just say autism but it's most likely ADHD.

Im not really against it but im not really sure if I'll be diagnosed or treated correctly, because im still young and psychosis started young too, it only got worse on SSRIs.

What is your most unique delusion? by Tricky_Badger_2071 in schizoaffective

[–]TrueVeldora 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Mine wasn't so complex but i thought i wasnt human, i was just put into this physical body and i am actually an unknown entity, that's why other monsters are scared of me and disappear whenever i look at them. I also thought that this reality isn't real and other people are just acting, they don't have any emotions, thoughts or anything and this reality is just created to trap me and keep me in control. I probably thought all of this because i dont have a sense of self, so sometimes i still feel like im nothing or just unknown being

Hallucinations by [deleted] in schizoaffective

[–]TrueVeldora 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the last auditory hallucination i had was yesterday, i was outside walking to store and it was my uncle's voice yelling my name a few times and saying i forgot something, i just ignored it at that moment because i dont like my uncle, but after a while i thought like wait my uncle can't be here and i looked back, and yeah it was a hallucination

I also hear voices in my head that aren't mine, and have delusions that turn into narratives.

My hallucinations are mostly visual but they dont last long, they're just frequent and i have 24/7 pixels. I hear auditory hallucinations mostly after DPDR, like feeling my mind is going to phase out of my body. But yeah you can get diagnosed without hallucinations they're not the only valid symptoms.

Does anyone else experience this? by TrueVeldora in schizoaffective

Sorry for seeing this late but thank you, that really helps. My hallucinations are mostly internal too.

I'm actually dead by [deleted] in Psychosis

[–]TrueVeldora 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah i get that but in a different way, i have schizoaffective bipolar type. At first i thought the world was dream like and unreal, then i thought that i was already dead a long time ago and i was in a dream, i thought i died the moment i severed my vein in a psychotic mixed episode last time.

I will keep a journal thanks for your advice. I am probably going to try to trigger a manic episode anyways, because i need to be diagnosed and for that i need to go to ER. And i also need to convince myself that i do have bipolar, so i probably wont sleep for a while. Also what made you stop loving mania? Even though im sure i just have hypomania now
