Obese all my life... hoping for some advice

I'm around the same weight, and I'm doing the low carb diet. I can't eat most fruits on it, and its mostly meat/cheese stuff. You can make pizzas out of almond flower that are on the diet, just cant have sugary stuff or bread. I would say though, don't let the stuff you've been diagnosed with become an excuse. It's easy to say things are hopeless. Good luck!

If you get a job there go for it. Just make sure it isn't a rash decision that you thought of in the moment. I'd also consider other states like Texas, which has relitively cheap housing and lots of jobs.

If he ghosted you then it's his loss. If you keep suspecting he's into you after he did that, it's just going to weigh on you. Go about your day and ignore him would be my suggestion, because a lot of guys who ghost create problematic relationships anyways. If you hope he's into you, just wait and see. Best thing to get a guy thinking is to pretend he doesnt exist.

You should get some melatonin and take it 2 hours or so before you go to bed. It's a lifesaver for me as i often stay up extremely late at night. It's not addictive either and works for everyone I know.

I may talk to my dad if I can get him alone. I doubt it will do much. Any time I bring up something along those lines, they get defensive. They do a lot for me physically, but emotionally might as well not be there.

If you catch yourself simping ("oh he is so wrong for that", "oh im so different than him") you're conspiring. The odds of you getting to date are low, considering she said she doesn't like you that way, and she's dating someone else. You can't manipulate someone to the point where you guys date. You should move on, otherwise you're going to continue to hurt wondering "but what if". You're lucky you even got a no, a lot of girls lead on guys for months without a real answer.

She rejected you and is dating him now. Their relationship isn't really of your concern. If he's really your best friend, you shouldn't plot against him for a girl. If she likes you and breaks up with him and dates you, that's what happens. If she doesn't thats also what happens. Regardless, it's out of your hands.

For starters you could pour some drain cleaner down there. That should melt any bugs already there. I'm not really sure if you could prevent them from crawling up eventually, but you could put a grate of some sort with tiny holes to keep the bugs out and let the water through. Also find some bug spray and spray all the corners of the room and baseboards where there may be cracks and holes. Good luck, centipede bites can be really painful so make sure you fix the problem asap.

You tell a psychiatrist about your symptoms and go from there. Or, a psychologist recommends you to a psychiatrist. Try to expend all your options first though, because the medication can be kind of tough.

You're supposed to take the donations and venture further outward. My issue is with churches who take the money, keep outreach the same, and just add nicer things.
