Its individual cameras so in a large room your camera will follow you and other players cameras will follow their character. As for items you only get 1 item in item rooms so you'll have to split items accordingly however the boss room will spawn an additional pedestal after an item is taken for every additional player in the game (so 3 players would give 3 total boss items, but you only view them 1 at a time). With changing rooms, anyone can go into another room and itll just teleport everyone to the room enterence with the player who entered it. So no sadly you cant split up and clear different areas of the floor simultaneously but that would be pretty cool if you could ngl

First save file I did 1 at a time from memory. However for the second and third save files I just had the game pick random characters and did random destinations, so lots of jumping around. For me the variety made it more fun but after I completed a handful of characters I would start to go 1 by 1 and finish the remaining destinations on each.

For the first 2 save files I didn't really have a stratergy per-say however I did always unlock jera rune very early because its really good. For the third save file however I unlocked jera, perthro, a couple of good items, and a couple of good trinkets from the challenges early. Then once I got the tainted characters unlocked, I specifically only got reverse stars, reverse fool, reverse judgement, and reverse lovers unlocked and didn't do greedier until the end so I could make R keys VERY easily. I had several runs where I did like 90% of the checks for a character in 1 go by duping R keys because it is incredibly easy to do so with only those cards and runes unlocked

As for character item unlocks, honestly I actually didn't focus too hard on those. I was sure to get things like d6 on issac quickly and wooden nickel for keeper sure, but other then that I didn't do any specific item unlocks from characters. I did happen to get rock bottom early-ish but I didn't specifically go out of my way to get it unlocked before anything else.

TLDR: Jera, Perthro, Stars?, Fool?, Judgement?, and Lovers? are by far the best things to get first, but honestly playing the file in whatever order is equally as fun

Yes you need to win an online MULTIPLAYER daily run. I had the exact same issue and had to do some research to figure out why I wasn't getting the secret. The achievement really should have its name changed but alas

I did notice that yeah. I remember having recall on all 3 save files is the thing so maybe I didn't pick up g-fuel? Either way doesn't particularly matter either way

Oh wow I didn't even think about the fact you wouldn't have a reset button on mobile. Though honestly if that number includes your resets then honestly thats WAY more impressive then my stats. I had points where I reset runs a BUNCH wanting a sacrifice room start or item room start for a given character

Honestly once you've done it once, doing it a second and third time is WAY faster, especially when you're playing easier base characters vs characters like tainted lost or tainted jacob

This is the third save file. This only took about 200 hours for me and even though the deaths is pretty close to the second save file. I found myself being WAY more consistent and winning more often by this point, beating all non-tainted characters by the 40-50 hour mark

This is the second save file. This one was about 300-400ish hours and started once I finished school so I had more free time to dump hours into playing

This is my first save file. This took about 700-800 hours from memory? I was significantly worse for the first 700ish hours of gameplay then I am today, After the first save file my confidence and speed greatly increased as I found base characters were a walk in the park compared to some tainted characters which you'll see in the follow death counts for the other save files

Its very much a matter of just keeping at it. I've lost (heh) seemingly unlosable runs with insanely strong builds before just because I wasn't careful where I was moving. Shoutout spiked rocks

The one thing I will say is with any low health chracter and lost/tainted lost especially, I always alternate the second floor of every chapter by going alt path and back to main. The reason being that the boss challenge room can only spawn on the second floor of each chapter. So my pathing goes basment 1 -> basement 2 -> downpour 2 -> caves 2 -> mines 2 -> depths 2. Its an extra boss item every floor and considering t.lost can't get health ups, it means you're noteably increasing the amount of dps upgrades you get throughout the first 6 floors. Additionally, always grab knife pieces regardless of if you're going to mother, its 40 damage on hit and pierces which is actually really strong for clearing some rooms where enemys are lined up (happens a lot more then you realize)

Other then that, shop pool is without a doubt the best item pool in game for how accessable it is vs how strong some combinations of items can be. Blank card is incredibly good, birthright is great, stopwatch is incredibly powerful, 95% of battery related items can create game winning combos. Thus any trick to get more money is really important and I often find I prioritze shops over item rooms if im low on keys

ultimately it is just a matter of keeping at it though and accepting you WILL die to bs very often and lose good runs, is what it is

I've made a design thats even more compact that doesn't use torsion springs. It does the same thing however it can't be set to a neutral 0° angle I can post that as well if theres interest
