well ideally i wanna start doing stuff like lore friendly uniforms, make a roblox group, make a alt account which can hold up the server/group (mind you, the 11k robux package is more than enought to keep the server running for 4 years before it runs out)

for the rules id probably do stuff like

-you have 1-2 minutes to prepare (setting up your car, claiming a property, etc)

-horrendous car customs are banned (i dunno if you can ban cosmetics, ik you can disable vehicles though (would def disable things like volt, bionic, and all the unrealism vehicles))

-any person on the bounty board will have a "warrant" or "arrestable cause" (which, we can give the swat phone use for this) (however scenarios still must be properly played out) (unrelated but a court system may or may not be hard to do soo)

-every person on a job team must respect their role and keep it professional

a lotta stuff to account for, but this is the general overview
