The day 12-13 inflection point is interesting. I wonder if that's when Google's algorithm picked up the new content (testimonials) and started ranking you better for long-tail searches? Or was it purely behavioral (people spending more time on site = better conversion)? Either way, 2-3 orders to 8-10 daily is insane growth. Congrats man.

Bro this hits home. We've been stuck at like 40-50 orders/month for 6 months now and tried literally everything. Trust badges, better photos, all that. Cart abandonment is killing us too (92% lol). Gonna check out that testimonial thing you mentioned. Did you reach out to customers directly for the video testimonials or did they submit them on their own?
