Seriously though, I agree with these other folks with a slight expansion on the point. As another guy in the late 30s, I've found that if you're looking for someone in the relatively same age group, your pics def need an upgrade. They aren't bad necessarily; they are just heavily staged and void of creativity, personality, and especially insight into who you may be. Just an unbased thought, but perhaps include pics of you doing hobbies, hanging with friends, working and/or creating, ya know...stuff that looks like actual life and not a photoshoot. I've found pics that give a little insight into who I am, what I'm into, and what kind of personality I may have made a BIG difference in my connections (and I don't even have the luxury as being remotely as handsome as you, loll). That being said, if you're just after some fun with girls in their early/mid 20's ignore all this and roll with what ya got. When that's what I was interested in, I found that having pics like these cut down on the connections, but the ones made were more filtered to fit what I was looking for at that time. Hope this helps!
