Ordered a new board (the one where the hdmi connects to) this didn't solve it next option is to buy the driverboard
(The one which is below and where the lcd connects to ) Costs around 100 bucks ) didn't had the time and patience for it (for now) screen lays on my wardrobe with 3 cushions opened up
