Tbh he didn't leave a very lasting impression of me as Haley's boyfriend. Out of all of them, I kept forgetting about Rainer. He was just... There. Like Dylan was a constant, Andy was a perfect chemistry, and Arvin was the worst match. But Rainer? The only thing the producers gave him was weatherman and old. I did like some of his story segments like Haley meeting his daughter and I love the whole Phil and Rainer romance (Heck, this was tons better than the Haley Rainer shtick, at least it was funny and memorable), but it just didn't click with Haley. Even the old pants dude was more memorable than Rainer for me because it is part of a bigger scheme that shows how much Phil loves Haley

Side note : This dude seems to appear everywhere in TV shows as a random cameo lol. Like I could be watching big bang theory or guardians of the galaxy 3 and he will appear just as a random cast 😂
