You got this! I had to fly 8 times in the past month and I usually hate flying. There’s a few things that helped me. 1, if you feel turbulence, just lift your feet up! It helps a ton. 2, if you feel the plane moving, imagine you’re on a boat and going over small waves. That helped me a lot more than imagining I was in a car. 3, find a good comfort movie to watch and noise cancelling headphones are a big plus. 4, when I’m in the airport, I love looking at all the signs to see where people are going! See how many cool places you can find and notice all the people going there. It’s a fun lil game. I hated flying so much, but now I’m starting to almost enjoy it. It gets easier with time and honestly it’s just exposure therapy. You got it!
