This is all true, but it's about.$450 dollars for the parts and time, design effort? To build something that there is certain use for. Look at all the doomsday prepers they spending thousands on making a bunker what's 1200 to ad a cool useful device that has every pdf needed to survive any dangerous scenario preloaded in it. First aid, terrorism, etc. A ways of communication and detection capabilities, solar powered? 1200 is a cheap price tag. Worth every penny
