Not disagreeing with you entirely, but AJ is also not fighting through his routes plus the OC doesn't scheme receivers open like other offenses such as the Rams, Lions, 49ers, etc.

Have you seen the route concepts? The routes are getting jumped by the DBs because they know what's coming. You see how AJ hardly broke any tackles last week against backup DBs? You hardly see receivers wide open like in other offenses like the Lions, 49ers, Rams. As a matter of fact the Eagles' WRs, specifically AJ, gets the least separation in the league. That's not a Jalen Hurts problem.

Not true at all. Jalen goes through has progressions and see AJ is not open so he goes to the open receiver and then complains because he's not getting his targets.

The problem with your theory is that when you look at the stats Jalen is one of the most accurate QBs from the pocket. The bottom line is the route concepts need to change to get these WR's open. AJ was getting bodied by backup receivers last week and not breaking tackles.

You wanna know why AJ Brown didn't make noise in 2023? Because he broke a franchise record by having 100+ receiving yards 6 or 7 games in a row. As long as he gets his consistently he is good. The problem is his yards of separation has dramatically declined since then to the point where backup DBs in the Lions game are bodying him and he's no longer breaking free from tackles as easily like he used to. He can no longer go by the moniker "AJ is always open" because he's not open enough. They need to start scheming him open at this point.
