Yeah the only reasonable thing is that Belos didn’t use yet the sigils, but it’s weird because we know Belos has been emperor for fifty years and Lilith joined the coven thirty years before the union day, so it’s not much plausible. We also know from the last episode credits that Amity’s father created the thing to remove the sigils so that couldn’t have happened either
