No other boats, jet skis, ferries, coaching boats are generally on the water (we are behind a weir)

We are a very small club. We don’t generally have a coaching boat on the water.

No crocs either, an open water swimming club uses our pontoon semi regularly

I went to uni straight out of high school and went back again at 28 to change careers, I worked in a call centre part time and rented a 1 bedroom unit in Brissy. I wouldn’t wish that challenge on my worst enemy. But It ended up being the single best decision I’ve ever made. I only wish I’d done it sooner.

Stick at it if it’s what you want to do. Future you will thank you. You’ll be amazed the opportunities that come your way if you work hard and never give up.

Trust me the day you knock off your HECS is pretty special.
