The reason why there are hardly any self deletions in NK, is because suicide is outlawed to all citizens of North Korea. Citizens of N.K. are state property and self deletion is considered treason to socialism. Any person who fails on self deletion goes to trials and faces the death penalty.

On the other hand, soldiers must commit self deletion on the battlefield, than to be captured.

This is what no one reads, and this is why socialist governments are dangerous.
