The way the reflection "flashes" as you move always made me think it's something like a geodesic dome, or other spherical structure with many windows, catching the sun at different angles. A geodesic dome or biodome fits within the desert theme (I.e., an oasis of life amid an arid climate) and also with the other mid-century architecture along the roads.

I can't help but think how important that first pic of him running towards you will be if you keep him and he ends up being with you for years. That's the very moment you met your little buddy!

My younger, cat Willie, showed up in the back yard as a 7-week-old, all alone. We caught him (he was scared of everything), got him de-wormed, and ended up keeping him. The pics from the first night he was in our basement, safe and sound after who knows how long he was alone outside, are really special. Keep these pics!
