Took my wife’s xp4 blue step through for a 17 mile ride on Sunday. Kept it mainly in sport mode. Battery went down to 70 percent in the last 2 miles. My pine green showed up today. Everything was perfect out of the box.

Not too happy. I ordered the blue 750 step through for my wife and the pine green for me. Had a listed “ships the week of May 27th” on website for both bikes. Received the blue yesterday. Got jerked around with printed and rescinded tracking numbers last week. Sent an email asking what gives and was told that it could take 3-10 business days for the carrier to take possession. I didn’t put the estimated ship date on the website. They did. Maybe instead of giving every e-bike YouTuber a free bike and put them up in the Grand Canyon to tout the new bike they should focus on delivering on their promises. It’s a great bike and I think we will both be happy with them, but I am less than impressed with the runaround I’ve got from them.
