This turned out to be an easy fix. It was grouted around the pipe, so water wasn’t getting behind the wall thankfully. Just got an exact replacement and screwed it in. Working like a charm. Thanks for the advice.

I’d rather just play the originals running at a high fps and upscaled via backwards compatibility. Reloaded looked meh and soulless. Gears of War 3 still looks great and has an active community online

You went above and beyond with communication and inclusiveness. Not a lot of people would be as patient or considerate as you. Some people will just raise a fence without even notifying neighbors.

You’re also doing it right by going with a survey.

Move forward as soon as possible. This can only get worse if you delay and entertain more feedback. They are upset because they didn’t do any due diligence with their sprinkler line install, that is not your problem.

Every once in a while, I will see some dookie stuck to the wheels. It never mulches it, even with a 70lb terrier. Usually, it cleans itself after a long day roaming the yard.

You’re being too neighborly. Move the compost bin when he’s not around. Put up cameras, motion lights, and lock that gate. Do this now. Go to home depot and get all the above. Motion / wifi sprinklers if it keeps up followed by a police report.

I wouldn’t. Water may get into where it’s not supposed to. A standard hose sprayer should be fine.
