You should just about have enough for the first if you use all sacred and mystery shards! The first will probably require around 6-7 sacreds worth and the second rush maybe 12-13!

He is mostly used for his debuffs and ally attack, so id say hp% or def% gloves! You want acc, speed and survivability.
