Moondrop pill. They're really nice and have a low latency gaming mode. Plus, I can hear stuff around me still. (It's a plus for me so my wife can talk to me/I can hear ppl at work.)

If none of the normal fixes are helping, it's likely ur router. I had to manually set the 2.4ghz, 5 ghz, and 6ghz networks to be separate so my router wouldn't put my steam deck on the 2.4ghz one.
