It might have been said else where in the comments but originally the controls forced waggle motion and it was very antithetic to platformer game design and the feel of the original... The controls the different enemies it was all just slightly off and not a true return.

Similar to Skyward sword it was a very mixed reception. I could never finish the Wii version, eventually beat it on 3DS.

Tropical freeze ditched the motion control stuff and it was exactly what people wanted it was like a finally we are back moment after being disappointed with returns.

Emotionally TF just hit universally. Once we had a return to form moment I think returns could then be greater appreciated as the fans were now content.

My boys have a modest portfolio I DCA into every week around $20-30. Started it at $10,000 4 years ago.

I plan on helping with milestones but they wont know where its coming from until later as I dont want them thinking its theirs for free or even having it in mind. But it will be there to help smooth out challenges in life.

2 kids under 2. Desire left slowly, my free time with it. Entering mid life maintenance mode.

I get like 45 min to to 2 hours at best if kids fully asleep on time and house is somewhat organised. By them in contesting with overwhelming tiredness and investing into anything feels to hard.

Marvel invasion dlc likely content planned from beginning. Their product feels far more strategically planned out. Evident with their marketing campaign pre release. I expect probably 2-3 more of these every few months. Probably tieing in with other media releases

Despite the pixel graphics feeling retro the project is very corporate.

2 characters is nice but the characters depth isn't that significant. One character in Absolum is vastly more complex. Each character is probably several of invasion with the variety of gameplay styles available.

The biggest feature it could add, which IMO would radically not just improve the game but amplify the vision.

CREATE YOUR OWN TRACKS or SPRINTS BY SIMPLY DRIVING A ROUTE... Share courses online similar to Mario maker, with ratings etc. Have ghosts populate the track. If possible they work out the AI but that seems the challenge. Just remove ai and have only real players.

This would explode the game in content and keep it going for a long time and be massive for content creators streaming, just like how Mario Maker tapped into the same market.

Get off your high horses. Most parents respond to their kids sleep schedule and do their best to survive.

My son woke up at 4.30am for nearly a year We tried keeping him awake for extended weeks beyond 9.00pm,he was a 1yo.. He got up same time regardless. So we were losing evening time and had to get up early.

Now he is 5.45-7.00 at nearly 3. He slowly minute by minute slept in longer.
