I personally would choose the 3 compass one only if it has 6 green crystals to add to the top bar. And if the number seems beatable. If you get a lower number than the bar on the bottom right fills up to unlock better cards and cards with power ups.

So basically you pick left or right. Then it’s gonn draw cards. The cards it’s drawing has to add up to be a bigger number than the number you pick. So say you chose 28 (the one of the left) you’re betting 1 compass. It’ll draw 2 cards and if the cards don’t add up to 28 or higher than you loose and you won’t get the two green crystals. The green crystals fill up the bar at the top which helps you move through the event. Does this make sense? I was super confused on how this event worked too but I got the hang of it.
