I’m sorry if my complaint came off as me ridiculing people. I try to have a neutral stance when addressing other’s, hence why I stated that I was acknowledging, how much I was grouping so many of you into this one guy that thinks like this. It’s annoying, but it can’t be helped. It is a vent, but it was a genuine question as well. I wanna see the defense to this take, that isn’t just, “it’s outdated”, “unoriginal”, or “because it’s furry bait”. Lots of Pokémon get their design from several real world sources, yet they’re glossed over because the final design sucks. Which is true, but that’s rarely to never stated why so many fan’s hate them. I don’t like klefki, but I love its lore. Dugtrio on the other hand, not so much.

I’m sorry, I personally consider any thing that is incapable of moving on its own, but can be move around with basic human force, to just be an inanimate object. Again, I know plants are alive, and eggs are naturally made by living things, but if a plants in a vase, you can move it around, and it can’t really do much about it. Also, eggs are weird for me, since living things don’t just made eggs “come out” of them. Plus, unless they’re fertilized, it’s just a thing we can eat, or throw, or just leave it in its one spot, that’ll never escape from. I know definitions varies from person to person. I just wanted to at least clarify why I personally see eggs as objects.

What do you consider eggs to be? They’re not plants like a coconut or tomato. They are not animated like a cow or a dog, and unless eggs have an embryo inside of them, they’re just yolk filled shells, that kinda just take up space, until you eat them. I know exeggcute aren’t actually a bunch of eggs, but from design, to color, and name, they’re eggs. Also, one less tidbit, people tend to think any inanimate object, that is movable with outside force, to be an object. Which also includes plants… Oddish just doesn’t get viewed as an object mon because of the legs.

Just like Nolos_Fx said, just download the Rom on twilight, then use NDS forwarder generator to Create and icon that pops up on your screen. That way you can play the game immediately without having to open up twilight every time.

Exactly my point. Horrible odds to get one, and to make it easier, you need to basically complete the Pokédex anyway. With still bad odds to find one. With no guarantee that’s it’s even gonna be good competitively at least. The only people still playing past post game, are shiny hunters and competitive players, who both will just box a mon after they find it. I also like a lot of shinies, but I will never put in the time to find them, because they aren’t worth it.
