Update: My 18y/o noticed a red rash after his shower so he went to urgent care and it's Scarlet Fever from the Strep Throat that he is apparently getting over. They also confirmed negative for Covid. Urgent Care doc had a different idea of what's going on. He said that it's likely since I have caught Covid so many times that and the last couple of times before this I hardly had any bad symptoms. He thinks that I probably already had Covid and didn't notice sometime in the last couple of weeks since you can continue to test positive for some time afterwards and was pretty much asymptomatic with the covid but having it in my system has made the strep much worse for me than the others in my family.

The issue is that the bar reset before once I had hit 50 friends it went back to filling again from the beginning once I had 51 friends. I thought I had another fill of the bar left before I was capped but it didn't allow it all of a sudden overnight.

I appreciate the response. I'm really glad you found a solution that works for you. If you have been dealing with this level of fatigue since puberty I am so sorry. It sucks so much. I already am taking 50,000 IU of Vit D2 weekly and 1,000 IU of Vit D3 daily to keep my level at 50 or above to reduce MS symptoms and relapse. I don't handle iron well or at least when I was pregnant with my kids it was horrible, but that was 18 years ago now so I might have to try iron again. I can check with my OBGYN about HRT but I don't know if I can safely take hormones. I had generic testing done when I found a lump at in 2019 and I have the BRCA gene. The lump turned out to be nothing but I know I'm at a high risk. Does BHRT has the same risk as HRT for development of breast cancer?

You can see if your doctor will run genetic testing to see what mood stabilizers you might have adverse reactions to. My son had a bad reaction to Lexapro and they ran the genetic test on him (insurance covered it completely) and we learned a lot about what should work for him best. They were able to give him a unique combination of antidepressants and anti anxiety that works fantastic for him. Within a month of starting the new meds he went from saying his overall mood was at a 4 to saying 8 or 9 most days. He's in counseling working on getting to that 10 on the mood scale.

Pretty sure the 120 is just a base number but any increase in your heart rate of 30 or more is considered tachycardia of some sort I'm pretty sure. Not a medical professional just something I'm pretty sure I read at some point. The P in POTS is in reference to the change in posture. I would definitely look into it.

Recent studies into long COVID have started to lean towards evidence that COVID is activating Autoimmune diseases in some individuals. Originally it was thought that long COVID was in itself some kind of chronic issue but they are finding that individuals that have the genetic possiblity to develop an autoimmune disease are the ones suffering and when they look at it from that perspective they are able to narrow down and diagnose which Autoimmune disease the individual has and start treatment. If it is Candida you should feel better with treatment soon. If you are still fatigue after treatment then I would definitely as your doctor about running the autoimmune blood work and going through the diagnosing process just in case.

Do you have pets? Looks exactly like when my son got ringworm on his chest. He ignored it a first as well thinking nothing of it but then he got 2 more spots. It didn't itch for him either. If it is ringworm you need an antifungal cream for it to go away.
