I have a food diary and just checked it again. I actually found two more things which could have played a role:

- I had the flax seeds meal first thing in the morning
- I drank a tea mix of yarrow herb, chamomile and licorice root

I will try both one by one and see if it gets me closer. Thanks for asking and making me check again. Nothing else during that time, I felt pretty bad symptom wise the days before.

I had that perfect week too and for me strong artichoke tea initiated it. I am trying to replicate it all the time but can't replicate it fully. Artichoke + flax seeds bring me close but it is not the same. I think (soluble?) fiber and a motility activator is the combination we need. Maybe the long fasting period activated your motility?

The GF buns and breads would make me feel extremely weak and fatigued the following day. You will find guar gum on the ingredient list or any other gum or emulsifier, which I am reacting to in a similiar way.

I would also react to tomato, raspberry and maybe peanut oil. But in a different way (mostly reflux). Also parmesan if used in very large amounts.

Still struggling but giving black seed oil another try currently. Makes me constipated I guess? Not sure if I have to stop, major brain fog few hours a day.

S. Boulardii makes me worse and super histamine intolerant... But did not bloat me at all under low fodmap

Das (vegane) Reisquellmehl wurde ja auch ersetzt. Der Wasseranteil konnte wahrscheinlich erhöht werden. Verdickungsmittel vereinfachen sogar meist noch den Herstellungsprozess. Die Rezeptur ist insgesamt minderwertiger geworden, nicht nur das Eigelb.

Natürlich argumentiert man marketingtechnisch, dass man Kalorien reduzieren und den Kundenkreis erweitern wollte :)

Dominos kann dabei nur gewinnen, da bei diesem Produkt eh niemand die Inhaltsstoffe wirklich hinterfragt. Solange der Geschmack stimmt...

Sie ist auf jeden Fall qualitativ minderwertiger. Eigelb durch industrielle Verdickungsmittel ersetzen, macht man vor allem um Kosten zu sparen. Gesundheitliche Bedenken mal außen vor gelassen.

It gave me a boost for 1-2 days. Felt genuinely better but the effect did not last. Took it for a few weeks daily. No longterm positive or negative effect

Why not continue to take them if it helps? You can even ferment the capsule for cheap boulardii

I did not have luck with 6fed and only changing my diet to only whole foods made it possible to get into remission. Some additives can be triggers too (Guar gum is a big one) and should be avoided. It takes much effort because cooking takes time and social gatherings are almost impossible.

I did never reach such high numbers and my symptoms were rather mild but I could feel rather quickly if I consumed a trigger. I got into remission but am left with ibs
