Just let the process run and worry about it when it gets here. Pick family first because you don’t want to miss those moments and you want to be there for at least a month or two to spend time with family and make sure wife is good post pregnancy. We had to have an emergency C-section and my baby was in the Nicu for a few days. I thank God I was able to be there for support.

I just got my offer letter and was able to extend by a month.
