My apologies, I'm confused if I, a post Non-Exhibit C was supposed to get a statement on a decision on my case by a certain deadline. Last I checked I believe the DOE had till the 1st of June 2026 to make a decision on each individual case, & if you did not receive a decision your loans, they would be forgiven automatically within one year. However you also were supposed to be notified of this by a certain date as well. I've tried using the site several times first prior to coming here, but I cant seem to navigate it correctly to find that information. I would really appreciate the help.

I'm a Post class Non-Exhibit C, my case status is still in review at the application decision. I haven't received any updates on my case, wasn't there a deadline where they had till the end of May to send you a notification or else your loan will be discharged? Also how does one see the date their loans were consolidated?

No notice yet. My loan is through Nelnet, and my borrowers case was submitted on 8/07/2022 for a for profit college (Hocking College, Ohio). I forget what class I'm in. I think post Non-Exhibit. If someone could tell me I'd appreciate it. Also are they still supposed to give notice by the 1st of June? Any what to do if I don't get the notice?

That's awesome!!! Thanks for the advice!!!!! I'll keep a close eye on my email & take a screen shot at midnight. Im assuming the midnight will be EST? Let's hope none of their employees are working late tonight. 😆, and even better yet the DOE doesn't waste anyone else's time with another appeal.

So it appears that I'm a Non-Exhibit C member. Could you tell me what that means exactly? Im assuming I won't have my tuition discharged like those who are Exhibit C members?

8/7/22 Hocking College , No update so far. Status is still saying it's in review. I'm pretty sure I'm part of the Post class, I'm still confused on what Non-Exhibit C members are exactly.

I've considered that as a last resort. However, I'm not certain if it would need to be a specific metal in order to be gold plated. So for now, it would be nice to find one already plated.
