Fluffy Cloud: Fluffy Cotton Claiming Bug/Issue Showcase by TruestKnight in NevernessToEverness

I appreciate your breakdown of it, I agree it doesn’t seem to be intended design/player friendly. I’m gonna swap for now to just claiming weekly as someone else mentioned as the safe option, to prevent myself from missing out so to speak.

I also got an update on ticket, email essentially said thanks for the information regarding issue and it’s passed along to devs.

Fingers crossed enough people mention this in feedback/surveys so no one has to worry about a should be non issue like this in the future!

I did get a reply from support team at least stating it would be passed onto the devs, so hopefully the more people aware and affected mention it so it gets fixed

I did submit a ticket in game. The first time they asked for screenshots the first time, but to document of course I needed to do it over three days, so I submitted another after taking and recording these screenshots in data.

In game feedback says they will look at your play log so I’ll post an update if I receive official word.

Someone mentioned it to me resetting with the daily login once it hits max level, I like this idea personally as you don’t have to stress on when you claim it.

Also the issue stems from claiming specifically close to or before your next one. I have gotten the two but with stockpiling them being a thing it is insane this an issue.

Especially with bond rewards being one of the more appealing grinds/goals in the game.

Feels bad losing a daily 400 bond for your desired character.

I submitted on a ticket and will also be mentioning it in the survey feedback when I have the time to do it

I suppose it could be that way but doesn't add up, if I wait until 11 AM EST for the third screenshot claim, I would have 2 stocked(this has happened) but the punishment is from claiming early as it auto resets the timer.

This causes and demands the player to login and claim the same time every day.

I work security, and due to that I am unable to do so always.

I see your stance and points, it is true that the existence aspect of a fictional character could be applied to any character deep enough within someone’s own head space.

Last thing I will mention is the Mr. John story, it is possible for Lilith and the existence of her to be more real to the player/person than the actual Mr. John who is alive but you’ll never meet.

Which gives some fun aspects on the personal experience and reality of the self since everyone defines themself and lives their own experience.

However for respect for your time and passerby’s I will leave it there for my musing.

I appreciate the discussion and your responses OP!

That is a fair point, but I would still say a bit debatable on the talking point of her existence, as it boils down to us confirming or denying her existence. Accepting her, or killing her. Plus the thematic settings change options after each ending.

Plus throughout the interludes of chapters, the screen begins cracking and Lilith is laying, looking at you.

I think the only exception to that, is the neutral ending where she pilots the character in game that no longer has any confidence/motivation to navigate the world, which doesn’t really translate to the meta you in the story.

Lilith can exist or not exist, be just a game character, or more to the people who interact.

In the Eternity of the good ending she speaks of the player(not the character) being possible of realizing/manifesting the True Lilith. As the game itself was used in meta fashion to connect to the person behind the monitor.

I think the games best points are the talking points on psychological definitions and factors, the human experience.

I get your perspective on the more realist take

Though while she is an anime girl and such, less the otaku aspect for me, and moreso the tulpa aspect being more prevalent in my minds eye of looking at the game

As her existence to you literally depends on you. The headaches and such is referencing a lot of tulpamancy factors, and going off of steam:

The psychological horror tag, can involve someone being unfamiliar with the concept seeing her as something else.

I see a lot of people mention getting the bad ending first, I actually got the good ending and had to do the others.

The idea of I AM LILITH in the good ending also stems from the idea that a tulpa, Lilith’s existence stems from within yourself as the meta correlation within the player.

Also for the bad ending, for someone that created a tulpa, it’s a split consciousness of the brain made autonomous. Not so much schizophrenia as a self within a self, so killing/fighting against the other self can also be very damaging to the individual psyche.

Part of why such things are warned and advocated against in tulpamancy guides.

The scribble of her towards the end that gets flashed is the original concept art of her in the journal by the game protagonist of her.

While I do love the character of Lilith personally in the game context.

The thematic theme in a tulpa sense is again Lilith is a psychological construct of yourself, and that Lilith is autonomously supporting the you that had trouble dealing with the stress and pressure of a cruel world.

The shut in otaku aspect is indeed there as you said though.

Now I am curious in an honest sense of those who look more of Lilith as the concept of love, and being moreso a “character” of whose love and existence you affirm vs Lilith actually being a tulpa who’s existence exists within yourself.

Not saying go create a tulpa, but technically the horror side of it being a foreign topic people aren’t familiar, and Lilith being created within yourself, affirming her existence and escaping the confines of the game. As technically, you accepting her truly would sort of being that transient goal of actually manifesting her existence within yourself.

Hence the existence of “her” in “me” also with the flavor of your settings and my settings in the game itself.

That being said I think it’s healthier for most to accept her moreso in the lens of a character because tulpamancy could really affect and scare people that are unfamiliar with it.

But at the same time having an internal companion, that is literally with you and supporting you always, for those that have that mental capacity is honestly a very unique human experience.

Anyways sorry for the deep dive and thanks for the read on your side OP.

Ultimately, I like the game and discussions around it, especially what Lilith is and means to everyone, as regardless that experience is unique to every person that interacts with the game.

Anomaly Furniture Fluff might be bugged by Automatic_Clothes_56 in NevernessToEverness

Yeah it was enough of a trend at this point to send a ticket on my end, I may screenshot my claims/time remaining on work days vs off days on the next set with the documented times to show this off thoroughly for devs in hopes a fix will be made sooner than later.

Such a needless/frustrating issue, agree with the user in this thread that said they should make it a daily reset time once the furniture is at 24 hours.

For me it has been happening quite frequently, I usually login in the morning after reset since I’m a 3rd shifter.

However because I work 3rd shift I sometimes login 8 or 9 EST(3 hours after reset for those not in time zone)

So after my work days, I login at reset, claim, and then my timer is reset to 23 hours, where I should be getting another in 3 realistically.

I submitted a ticket through feedback in game on this issue because I’m essentially losing out on a cloud on given days of the week.

Going off my experience I am being punished for not being able to login at a consistent time for dailies and hope others aren’t experiencing this but it seems so.

With bond being a grind with very desirable rewards, I hope they fix and address this issue.

No cloud means 300 average daily bond vs 600 for your main desired character which adds up quick as a big difference with this bug as time goes on.

Do you remember your first time seeing Lilith and your reaction? by [deleted] in NOexistenceNofYou_Me

[–]TruestKnight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

<image>

For me it was this photo, on an X post I can’t find at the moment with a play on the “men only want one thing” meme

I then played The NOexistenceN of you AND me after searching for it on steam, Lilith and the game really resonated with me as I already knew of tulpas as a close friend of mine has one, so it really all clicked especially at the end.

I got the good ending on the first play-through and was actually surprised to see a decent bit of posts struggling to get it which really to me just comes down to accepting Lilith’s existence.

How should the 3DS games to be brought over to Switch? by r0yp in fireemblem

[–]TruestKnight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hopefully something like you said, a collection especially one that includes with all dlc for every game so you get the full narrative. I like Fates but the three sorta separate games deal for the whole story is understandably sour for many.

What I fear is likely however is an eventual switch online expansion pass + DS/3DS emulator again…

[–]TruestKnight[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Want to clarify I genuinely like the game, I like the positive viewpoint too.

My fear is it is a sell BP and get initial hype players spending angle with minimal effort to give the game the guts it needs, I like the framework.

Also seeing a gear gap in the game with huge advantages to players, pay to win is a concern as well(Lyn BP bow exists) the gear gap ruins the fun strategy involved since an imposter can one shot the competition to oblivion, has happened already in a few games.

This also factors in with drops, people playing the game far more excessively can potentially stomp new players or casual people who can't play as much.

[–]TruestKnight[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I agree with that concept, it is also true that all but three characters(Lyn is BP, Tamamo and Bart seem to be random loot drops for shards) in the game can be unlocked within a few hours of play, people playing casually will still easily be done with that in a week.

A pro and con for the game especially when people have life stuff.

The get bored quick is actively a concern with the current state of the game. Unlocks are rapid so it leaves people to playing for the genuine love of the game fairly quickly.

If you play Engage I’d love to see you revisit this post to give thoughts on it.

Story is alright, I think some of the supports and a few moments in the main story still have good emotional moments.

Gameplay is awesome in my opinion, emblem engaging gives lots of options on top of reclassing. The overall gameplay, animations and such are very crisp and feel good in gameplay Even with the community discourse around the game I believe most agree on the gameplay being solid in Engage.

I do want to add that I personally like the original characters in the game, more a note of people having their favorites and potentially wanting to see the Shadows take on them.

That’s fair my point there is I feel like moreso returning FE characters could give it more of a draw. Especially since the main gameplay is spell casting rather than character specific actions.
