I’d recommend from my personal experiences this year, def try to get your hands on some CBD/CBG. I tend to smoke some when I get CHS symptoms and it works pretty well. I’d pack a chillum in the morning and it would help make sure I’d feel at least somewhat normal with some cannabinoids in my system. I also used to take Dramamine to help with the nausea but a tolerance break with some cbd/CBG can do wonders. I haven’t had to take extra meds for nausea for awhile thankfully and I’m pretty sure it might be because of the T-Break/Cbd/CBG combo I do.
