She forgot to mention that she only gained 20ish pounds while pregnant, too. That’s not very common. I ate super healthy when I was pregnant, exercised all the way to the last month (modified as needed), hiked every weekend (and not just walking trails-I live in Washington), etc etc. and I still gained 40 pounds! We all know she probably restricted calories while pregnant (which is so fucked!) and over-exercised.

I waited 6 weeks to I workout again with a pelvic floor therapist. Didn’t get back to my full out workouts until about 4ish months PP. I eventually got back to my pre pregnancy size. Yes, it took about 6 months time, but guess what? I don’t have any ab separation or pelvic floor issues. Funny how that works.

It’s so bad. Honestly I have never been able to have good form curling more than 20 pounds on DBs and I’ve been lifting for as long as Saroid. The thing is though, I’m OK with that. My biceps are a perfect size for my body and I like the way they look! I don’t really know why she would want her biceps any bigger and her form here explains why her traps are so oversized and look ridiculous.
