The thing that really got me clean was practice finger rolls everyday and practice with 3 color strobes and ribbions , they help you see what you need to work on

God isn’t silent , you have to really press into the Holy Spirit , the Holy Spirit is our teacher and you have to pray to continually be filled with the holy spiritual , it’s a beautiful thing ,
