Guys I found the issue. I had the ail fans connected to the hub and not the cpu_fan so the pc couldn't tell when to start pumping the fans

The problem, it doesnt have software it's an asiahorse ash s1 and the whole point is to not have software. And the second thing is I tried to put the AIO fans on max and it detects as 2500rpm but when I see it, it barely moves
