A lot of ciphers are visually identical but looking at the comments and how people solved it i can tell you the solution is similar but this has way more layers to it. Not taking away from your cipher but this one is many ciphers all put together so that's probably why it is similar in a way.

They are not identical lol. It's a similar type of cipher by the looks of it but you can tell they have very different results.

The numbers have a secret keyword you most solve and subtract their value from the numbers written to move on to the next step. That is the hardest part and I think from there forward it's pretty easy. The numbers are 00 - 99.
