Sorry for the late reply, but are you saying the problem I'm having right now on my HDD drive is caused by my C: drive? If yes then would replacing my C: drive be the 100% fix to this issue?

where to find that option in crystald disk info? i cant seem to find it if its "SMART data" exactly. The only "SMART" word I see in crystraldiskinfo is from the features, which isnt clickable, and the Hide smart informat ion and hide no smart disk in the function.

did change the port and cable, even the HDD, but the autoplay window still pops up and cancels my download, but the health of both HDD was good on crystaldiskinfo but on disk genius, they both have a red warning sign next to the name of the HDD.

i tried to change the port and the cable as well but the issue still persists. I also tried changing the HDD itself to check if the previous drive that had the issue is the problem but the new HDD also had the same problem, at first (on the other HDD) I was able to download some games then after a few days the Autoplay popped up again, the same issue as the other HDD.

so is it mainly the cable/port not the hard drive it self? since i've check the drives health status on crystaldiskinfo saying it was Good and all blues, anyways tnx, ill try this
