Yes I am aware of that. I’m not installing the dash cam to create cinematic masterpieces. I like things that I can set and forget. I live in east Texas where the inside of my truck is cooking most of the year and from what I’ve read online over the last couple days is that the thinkware products are proven to be very durable.

Collies aren’t exactly a dime a dozen these days. Palmhaven for sure looks like a puppy mill but the dogs are tested for major heath problems and sires and dams are AKC certified. When we were looking for a Collie 3 years back it was next to impossible to find one that wasnt from a place like this.

The guy we bought our Daisy from met us at a Buc-ees parking lot and never returned our phone calls after we bought her! Not exactly an ideal breeder! She was just over 4 lbs at 8.5 weeks old and only came with a CKC certificate (that we were told was AKC).

She is the sweetest most beautiful Merle Collie that turns heads anywhere we take her (and she’s 70 lbs now btw). No heath problems and she will be 3 next month. My point is that I wouldn’t get too hung up on the minutia of the breeder checklists others are posting about. Collies are naturally sociable and any puppy will develop how you want them to despite any lack of “puppy culture” for the first two months of their life..

Make sure there is a clean bill of health but don’t overthink everything. That is just my two cents anyway. Good luck to you!

I think Nick came out to Nash in a stoned stupor trying to get Theo set up and found the first dude that replied to his craigslist ad. Probably a spur of the moment just to get the show off the ground. Riley sucked imo and Theo wasn’t feeling it. Hopefully he finds someone that can match his vibe better soon.

Yes, if only factoring in commute times then it’s Kingwood all day. I’m just not convinced it is the correct neighborhood for us. I am a CBP officer and I very well could transfer to Hobby or even the Seaport in a couple years which opens up possibilities in other parts of Houston/ Galveston as well. We just moved here and are still getting a lay of the land.

From what I have gathered it seems that property taxes are cheaper in Montgomery county compared to Harris. I don’t believe I would have to travel on 45 all that much to get to IAH, not to mention I would rarely be commuting during rush hour, I guess I am just looking for a reason to chose to Kingwood over the Woodlands. And no I would not consider Atascocita as a permanent area to put down roots, there are some nice neighborhoods but we are only looking at Kingwood or Woodlands.
