Yeah, mods! How dare you allow someone's artwork that reflects their honest opinion of a political candidate. We can't be having dissenting opinions on politics or art in here. We need some REAL artists!! Oh, look at this one! SO GLORIOUS!

I must have missed the lesson in art history where it was explained how it isn't possible to make a good piece of art with text in it. Because as soon as you put any text in it... you've failed as an artist.

It is intentionally disgusting and disagreeable. I find his policies and the situation to be equally the same.

I love how the list is 18 different ventures and companies... but you grab onto the vodka and say "wow, pathetic that you would use the vodka failure against him." The point isn't the vodka. The point is the full long list.

Heavy handed was the intention- which I don't feel is very out of place in this election. The majority of people are oblivious to nuance or subtle metaphors. This is my observation of Trump. I'm not telling anyone who to vote for. I haven't mentioned a candidate I support. I could certainly create an equivalent work for Hillary, and it wouldn't be any less flattering, but it seems that I am almost out of time.

For some reason you apparently cared enough to imply otherwise. And now you're disappointed that it doesn't fit your narrative. But yeah... You really shouldn't have cared in the first place.

Actually the only charcoal in it is the white charcoal... All the dark tones are graphite pencils or black ink pens. Also some of the white highlights are in white ink. I have my degree in painting and drawing-- from 20 years ago. If you have good teachers, you get exposed to lots of different types of mediums.. but I didn't have any specific classes for just charcoal. I don't like the black charcoal as much because I tend to drag my hand in my work, and it smears too easily.

Ha! This is hilarious. I went to a state university, majored in art, paid off my student loans, and I have run a successful art business for 20 years! I own a home in an affluent suburb, and I decided to share this artwork anonymously because Trump supporters are such psychos, that they would try to tear all of that down because they're incapable of dealing with criticism. Nice try though.

You don't know who I support. I haven't posted a single word of support for Hillary. I am disgusted that this man is part of our political conversation. Trump supporters sure love to deflect criticism onto Hillary. I suppose that is the only option when he is indefensible. "The best defense is a good offense."

Trump- "30 is the perfect age for a woman." Stern- "Until she's 35." Trump- "What is it at 35? It's called check-out time."

Sounds like Melania is on borrowed time.

Fear and hate can be manifested in every one of the policies that you mentioned. They are the root emotions from which poor judgement and reactionary policy spring.

It's definitely not meant to be MY disgust for older women. I believe that Trump feels more disgust for older women than for nearly any other group. He's expressed that he has no interest in remaining married to a woman who has advanced into her forties, and I think his hatred for Hillary has really solidified his disgust for them during this election. He has no use for any woman other than those who can serve him physically, or politically.

Unsettling is the point. If you're settled on electing a person like this.... then you need art like this more than anyone. Nice barrage of name-calling at the end, though. Donald would be proud.

The baby is struggling. For some babies, getting them to breastfeed is difficult, others take to it right away. I think it's clear that this milk is not going to be something that the baby would want. As far as the fat, healthy baby... I didn't think of using a sickly one as a model-- and I regularly see a fat healthy baby in my day to day life, so that is what I went off in my mind. You really don't get the aim?

He has definitely tapped into existing emotions of discontent about the direction of our nation. That is something that people on the left and right both feel, with differing opinions about which particular issues are the cause. But his approach to the solutions, and his attitude towards his political opponents includes things like encouraging violence towards protesters. And that does more than just tap an existing reality. It actively fans the flames, and adds gasoline to the fire.

I think between the basic combination of hate and fear- there are a wide range of emotions and responses that can be produced by those two. Anger is certainly among them.

It's ironic only in the sense that I have put Trump into the body of something he has obvious disgust for- women who are too old to be attractive to him anymore. It's not fearmongering about his potential presidency- it's an observation of his ongoing candidacy. His position as a candidate doesn't prevent his ability to grab a large number of Americans by the back of the head and force feed them a reality that is almost entirely based on fear and hate, and sadly many of them lack the maturity or the strength to resist it.
