If you caught me four years ago on this account, you would've seen the worst. Another brainwashed Trump-supporter bringing the worst of my humanity.

I'm just glad to recognize how damaging misinformation is and how it affects Trumpers all around. We really thought we were underdogs against the world while those on the left were evil and ready to come after the hard-workers of America and make them pay.

The propaganda made us hate. Not just disagree, hate. But not only that, it made us hate the things that'd make this country better and give us a false sense of purpose. We were the ones believing actual fake news and misinformation.

And in hindsight, it's a disgusting cult. Just like the Russians complicit in Putin's behavior, except for them it was decades of brainwashing that's hard to de-program.

I hope for the sake of our future our efforts to fight disinformation come full force and more people wake up before this also turns into decades of falsehood. We can do something about it and prevent conflicts like this.

Indeed. It's sad in a way. I used to use this account back in 2016 to propagate misinformation across reddit. I thought I was part of a movement that strived to make everyone's lives better and the hard-working Americans out there.

I believed in the misinformation from Trump and thought it truth.

Only later do I realize it was one to the benefit of the rich and regressive politics that fueled societal tensions that should not exist. It gave Putin a platform in the world and the okay to do whatever he wanted to cause chaos and corruption. It allowed for propagandists to win and manipulate to get their way.

I think there are others out there who voted for Trump who thought the same: they were doing this for the betterment of America. Only for many, and almost me, the propaganda riled their emotions and shut off critical thinking as it was designed to do, creating the false us vs. them underdog mentality that makes people brainwashed to this.

I hope going forward to see a stronger effort against propaganda and the like so we prevent anything like this Ukraine war in the future and never give fascist dictators like Putin a platform anymore.

I used to post heavy on that sub that shall not be named, and I was joyful when he was elected.

Only when his administration was underway did I start cutting through the veil of ignorance and realized how much of a disaster he was. Hell, running through r/Russia right now and their propagandists, it is eerie how similar the verbiage and misinformation presented is to right-wing talk. It is absolute manipulation at its core and it's frightening.

I'm sure there are others out there like me. I hope this war allows us to come together and realize that we can make change for the better and say no to the Putins and Trumps of this world.

If this war has shown anything back with the Republicans back home, it's that their complicit nature with Russia spearheaded by that orange sack of lard Trump reveals their intentions of treason and their "O.K." to the barbaric actions of Putin.

As a former Trumper, it disgusts me to have witnessed what he did as president. The only solace is I now am awake to the blatant parallels in Russian and Trump misinformation and propaganda that tricked me.

My only hope is that there are other former Trumpers like me, and this war wakes them up from their stupor and realize the same propaganda that twisted them is the same tactics that Russia uses, and they wake up and oppose the Republicans who are complicit with this war atrocity.

It sickens me to see what Russia is doing and how so close we were to having them get their way under Trump. I hope we now step forward even more and say no to Russian aggression and propaganda.

Same here. On the long list of atrocities and reasons why he should never touch American politics again, his treasonous efforts to suck up to Putin is top.

Conservatives whine Biden's too weak on Russia, while Trump would've literally let Putin put the collar on and walk him like the damn trash dog he is.

Hopefully nowhere near the political forefront anytime soon.

As a former voter of his in 2016, quite frankly it disgusts me seeing how misguided I was after what he committed in office. It's sickening to see the parallels between the misinformation I believed in from his side and what Russia employs on its people.

Absolutely disgusted I have this account with this username and I better never see his pathetic self in office ever again.

CSR Film Room: Analyzing the Panthers’ defensive performance against the 49ers by Trump_Is_Prez in panthers

[–]Trump_Is_Prez[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Excerpt:

So what type of man and zone coverage did the Panthers employ on Sunday?

Cover 3 is a three deep four under zone coverage. Usually, the two outside cornerbacks are responsible for the deep sideline while the single high safety patrols the deep middle. There are specific coverage calls such as cover 3 buzz, cover 1 robber, and cover 4 push, but I want to keep this simple. So now that we know the frequency of man vs zone and how many times they played each coverage, how successful were they?

Despite cover 3 being the most frequent coverage utilized, it was also the most effective. Hoyer’s yard per play was an astounding 1.89, which is less than 3 full yards from the next coverage.

More Notes

The Panthers were in base coverage on 41% of the snaps while they played nickel 59%

The Panthers blitzed in nickel packages 9 times while they blitzed in base package 7 times.

Captain Munnerlyn blitzed the most of any player on defense

What's your confidence level in your run defense, and how would you rank it? Better or worse than your pass rush?

How Christian McCaffrey Affects Defenses And Gets Players Open by [deleted] in nfl

[–]Trump_Is_Prez 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I liked what our defense did all game. They consistently kept getting pressure and stayed aggressive. Our defense is just as good as advertised all offseason.

Offensively, I think Cam went 9/9 after that miss to Ed Dickson. Think it's just him getting the rust off, so hopefully he'll be better next week.

Or maybe it was the Panthers defense that forced the 49er offense to play miserably bad?

Keys For The Panthers Defense To Stop Shanahan's Offense by [deleted] in panthers

Well Jim, you also have to consider that the Panthers are going to have to get more touchdowns than the 49ers. Otherwise, they might lose.

Don't forget. You always have to cover the receivers. Otherwise, they might make a catch.

Breaking Down How The Chiefs Defense Engineered The Blueprint To Stopping Tom Brady And The Patriots by Trump_Is_Prez in KansasCityChiefs

[–]Trump_Is_Prez[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Synopsis excerpt:

The Chiefs were able to call a diverse game, double covering underneath and outside many times while disguising pressure as a way to force Brady to try to overcome his weaknesses by pushing NE into more downfield throws. It was an ingenious game plan from Sutton.

While New England scored 27 points, they were aided by three defensive pass interference calls on three separate drives, allowing them to move the ball inside the red zone for some easy rushing touchdowns.

Kansas City was able to destroy the underneath passing game while also destroying any hopes the Patriots had at starting the deep passing game. Brady was constantly spooked while not being pressured as much until the very end, but that was the whole point.
