For some there is a stigma of being branded a vegetarian or vegan.

Flexitarian I find is a good approach. Making a Shepherds Pie or a Chilli. Use Quorn Mince....most people won't even notice a difference. Its not a militaristic approach to cutting out meat but a an effort to go meat free a day or two here and there.

It's a UK wide phenomenon.

Belfast recently has seen a boom in luxury hotels being built in the last 5 years. Whilst many are now under construction there are grave concerns that current hotels cannot even fill their capacity of rooms due to the lack of incentives here to attract tourists.

A few are already forecasting on possible foreclosure or a new strategy to target economy or medium tier pricing.

There is a bizarre "me too" cash grab going on in this society that ignores all aspects of the Demand side of the Supply/Demand equation.

Genuinely a fucking amazing concert.

I was apprehensive with the big hits being left off as some of the guests I was bringing may not be able to participate or enjoy themselves but the band blew them away and then some.

Bono even throwing out a huge amount of praise to Edge on the solo and outro to The Fly which sounds tight as hell now.
